Scream Queens in the City: Billie Lourd Gets Ready for a Night Out

One of this year’s most buzzed-about shows is Scream Queens, Fox’s campy horror-comedy starring Emma Roberts as a sorority girl queen bee on a mission. But it’s Roberts’s costar Billie Lourd, in the role of Chanel #3, who steals the show. Here, the actress (who also appears in next month’s Star Wars: Episode VII – The Force Awakens) gives us a peek as she dons a Houghton look and gets ready to join castmate Keke Palmer for a viewing party at Soho’s Crosby Street Hotel.

Kappa House, the most sought-after sorority for pledges, is ruled with an iron fist (in a designer glove) by its Queen Bitch, Chanel Oberlin (Roberts). “I’m Not Princess Leia’s Daughter”

Carrie Fisher’s Daughter on Star Wars: The Force Awakens: “I’m Not Princess Leia’s Daughter”

Billie Lourd is, indeed, following in her famous mom’s footsteps and joining the Star Wars world, but she won’t be playing the younger version of Carrie Fisher’s character.
The 22-year-old actress is shooting down this recurring rumor about her Star Wars: The Force Awakens role once again, telling Interview’s July issue, “I’m not Princess Leia’s daughter.”
So who will she be playing? That’d TBD—everything’s top secret on the J.J. Abrams flick! It’s been quite a learning experience for Lourd, too, who told Interview, “This is the first job I’ve ever had—right into the fire.”
